Welcome to the Markwardt Method

We’re glad you dropped in. So what brought you here? Are you looking for that final unlock of those last 10 lbs (who isn’t?) Are you working out like crazy, but not seeing the results you think you should? We’ve all been there, trying all the buzzword diets, it goes well for 3 months and then, well, not so well. It’s frustrating to start again and again and again. Or maybe you’re just looking for a plan. A little help sorting through the mountain of decisions when it comes to nutrition (low carb, high carb, Paleo, Vegan, the one where you only eat bacon?!)

Well, you’ve come to the right place. Whether you’re a fitness ninja looking for the final piece to complete your badass body or you’re new to this whole health  journey--we think you should have a program as you unique you. Look around, everyone's built differently--our habits, life experiences, and genetics all shape our ability to create a healthy body and lifestyle. If you’ve tried a handful of diets to no avail, here’s what we think: they didn’t work long-term because they weren’t built around YOU!
